Installation Steps

Foundation Work: A base of sand or gravel is laid at the bottom of the excavated area to create a stable and level foundation for the pool.
Wall Installation: For some vinyl pools, especially those that are rectangular, supportive walls made of steel, aluminum, or polymer are erected around the perimeter to define the pool’s shape and provide structural support.
Plumbing and Electrical: Before the liner is installed, all the plumbing for water circulation and filtration, as well as electrical wiring for lighting and any pool accessories, are put in place.
Vinyl Liner Installation: The vinyl liner is spread out and attached to the pool walls, ensuring it is smooth and without wrinkles. The liner is then secured in place, typically by a track system at the top of the pool walls.
Filling the Pool: The pool is slowly filled with water. As it fills, the water pressure helps to push the liner into all the corners and against the walls, ensuring a tight fit. Adjustments are made to eliminate any wrinkles or air pockets.
Finishing Touches: Coping is installed around the pool edge, and any decking or landscaping is completed. Additional features like diving boards, slides, or a pool heater are also installed at this stage.

After Installation

Chemical Balancing: Before the pool is used, the water chemistry needs to be balanced, including pH, chlorine levels, and other necessary treatments to ensure the water is safe for swimming.
Maintenance: Regular maintenance includes checking water chemistry, cleaning the pool, and ensuring the filtration system is operating correctly.
